MINI Manners Getting Flashy
New MINI owners are being encouraged to flash. The firm has sent out a leaflet called 'A Guide to MINI etiquette' to 30,000 customers. It suggests shining your main beam at other owners. But we'd make sure there are no police near, as the Highway Code says dazzling drivers is illegal. Oops!
